Heel veel ondernemers vergeten het. Ze zijn zo blij als hun site eindelijk, na weken wachten en een hoop gedoe, eindelijk online kan dat ze het vergeten: de lancering.
Terwijl het toch echt een giga-verschil kan maken. Tussen jouw site stilletjes aanmelden bij Google en wachten op wat komen gaat… (noppes).
Of:
Uitgebreid feest vieren, trakteren, een paar unieke cadeautjes uitdelen en in week één meteen een flink aantal bezoekers trekken.
Natuurlijk kijken al die mensen uit pure nieuwsgierigheid.
Het zijn helemaal geen potentiële klanten! Het zijn je collega’s, je vrienden en je oma aan de andere kant van het land. Maar wat geeft dat? Denk je dat Google daar iets om geeft? Google denkt helemaal niet trouwens. Google meet. En uit die metingen blijkt dat jouw site best wel direct populair is. Dat is je eerste plusje.
Sterker nog, die vrienden en familieleden zijn hoogstwaarschijnlijk wel geneigd om jouw nieuwe website ook even te delen. Een foto op Facebook, een tweet met felicitaties, voor je het weet gaat jouw site de hele wereld over. Dat is je tweede plusje.
Het mooie van social media is dat je altijd nieuwe mensen bereikt.
Mensen die puur op iets in die tweet afkomen. En in deze groep mensen kan wél een potentiele klant zitten. Of iemand die een potentiële klant naar je toe gaat sturen. Zorg dus dat je feestje gezellig is. Vier het met je webbouwer en je tekstschrijver, zodat zij de feestvreugde ook de wereld in sturen. Plusje drie.
Plusje vier creëer je zelf:
Zorg zeker voor een geweldig mooi cadeautje. Om dat cadeautje te kunnen versturen vraag je eerst om een mailadres. Hoe groter de lijst met mailadressen in die eerste week, hoe langer het jou zal motiveren om goede blogs te schrijven en die te delen. Al die mensen zijn geïnteresseerd in jou of je bedrijf, dus die blogs worden zeker gelezen en sommigen ook weer gedeeld. Zorg dat je die voorsprong vasthoudt!
Hoe cynischer jij bent, des te hoger kun je inzetten.
Als jij denkt dat er toch niemand afkomt op je gratis e-book of je gratis adviesgesprek, kun je die aanbieding misschien nog wel wat opschroeven en mooier maken.
Wat kan je gebeuren? Dat het een mega-klapper wordt? In dat geval: bescherm jezelf en je agenda door een beperking van de tijd van je aanbieding, bijvoorbeeld alleen de eerste week dat je online bent. Of een op=op formule. Dat maakt jouw bezoekers alleen maar extra hebberig en voorkomt dat jouw agenda volloopt met gesprekken die je gratis weggeeft.
Spanning opbouwen is de truc
De truc is dus, en die tip heb ik op mijn beurt weer van Eelco de Boer van www.winst.nl , dat je die lancering opbouwt. In een week of twee licht je steeds een ander tipje van de sluier op. Zorg dat die kring van mensen om jou heen weet dat je ergens op zit te broeden. Laat ook weten dat je ermee bezig bent. Dat je het spannend vindt. En dat je echt iets unieks hebt bedacht.
Die berichtjes zorgen ervoor dat zij inzien dat het voor jou heel belangrijk is. En zelfs al nemen ze het met een korrel zout, ze zijn er wel van doordrongen dat ze jou heel blij maken als ze dat bijzondere moment straks even opmerken.
Lanceer jouw website als een raket. Geniet van alle bezoekers en de vele inschrijvingen. En vergeet vooral niet om bedankjes te sturen en het contact warm te houden. Zorg dus dat je autoresponder is ingesteld en neem de moeite om wat mensen te bellen volgende week.
Te laat: jouw website is al online?
Vier dan een restyling. Bedenk een nieuw product en lanceer dat feestelijk. Of maak een feestje van een tijdelijke actie. Je bent nooit te oud om te leren. En het is zeker nooit te laat voor een feestje!

Huidverbetering… dat is wel duidelijk, maar waar wil je daarnaast de focus op leggen? De ontspanning? De hoogste gewaardeerde merken? Dat huidverbetering hand in hand kan gaan met een heerlijk ontspannen behandeling? Dat jij pijnloos bereikt wat botox ook kan doen, maar dan beter? Speel maar eens met deze vragen.
